Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping takes 7 to 15 business days. Express Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. International Shipping takes 10 to 20 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping is free on orders over 35 euros. Express Shipping and International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or directly on the carriers website. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error contact us immediately and we will try to correct it before shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package is lost please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window the order may already be processed and we cannot guarantee changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
